Collection: Pork

Our pork is selected from carefully reared pigs raised with high welfare and a natural diet. This produces pork with excellent flavour, firm texture and the richness that makes great pork so enjoyable to cook and eat.

Our butchers prepare a full range of pork cuts including roasting joints, chops and traditional favourites suited to slow cooking. Many of our pork products are also used in our handmade sausages and charcuterie.
