Our lamb comes from carefully selected farms where animals are raised naturally on pasture. The result is lamb with a beautiful flavour, excellent texture and the character that only properly reared livestock can deliver.

From classic roasting joints and tender chops to traditional cuts suited to slow cooking, every piece is prepared by our experienced butchers. Many of the breeds we work with are hardy native types that thrive in the Scottish landscape and produce lamb with exceptional eating quality.

Whether you are preparing a Sunday roast, a barbecue or a comforting slow cooked dish, our lamb offers the quality and provenance you expect from a traditional butcher.

Look out for our very special rare breed lamb which is only available at certain times of the year.
