Beef olives and chicken olives are a traditional favourite for hearty, warming meals — thin cuts of steak or chicken breast wrapped around a savoury stuffing and hand-tied by our butchers. We make ours fresh to order, with a choice of stuffings from classic pork sausage meat to richer, more indulgent fillings, so there's a version to suit whatever you're cooking.
Both cuts work brilliantly slow-braised in a stew or gravy, or roasted whole and served with mash and seasonal veg.
