A lamb freezer filler
A whole lamb is approximately 16kg of Loch Gorm hill lamb. We will cut and pack it to your specification but usually you will get:
Shoulder – boned and rolled Gigot (Leg) – whole on the bone Double loin chops (can be boned and rolled) Cutlets (can be left as a rack or boned and rolled) Mince (from the trim and flanks)
