This is a a new venture for us and we are just testing the water. We are working with Martin, from Parkhill House, who supplies us with rare breed pork and lamb and are now venturing into the world of Goat.

Bought as kids and then raised in a free range manner, they have spent their days grazing the the surrounding woodland, helping to clear the fruits of the forest. The meat from these goats look amazing and have an epic flavour without being too strong in taste.
