Water Buffalo are a wee bit of a rarity in Scotland but thankfully there is The Amazing Buffalo Farm at Boglily. Steve Mitchell (who’s a bit famous!) has been rearing buffalo here since 2005 and we are delighted that he is able to supply some to us.

Buffalo is a very lean and healthy meat, packed full of protein, iron and other vitamins. Oh and it is really tasty!
