Macbeth’s beef roasting joints are specially selected from the best of the beef from our farm. It is hung for an absolute minimum of 30 days before being cut to order and delivered fresh to your door. Each beef roast is selected from the traditional native breeds that we keep on our farm – Highland, Shorthorn and Aberdeen Angus – all grass fed and outdoor reared.
