A side of pork is approximately 20kg cut and packed to your specification. As a guidline this is what we could do for you.
Shoulder – boned and rolled Diced Pork – from the shoulder Gigot (leg) – on the bone and cut into managable sizes Chops (or can be left as loin roast) Belly Pieces (or can be minced or made into sausages)
