Side of Pork

Description

A side of pork is a whopping 20kg cut and packed to your specification. As a guideline this is what we could do for you.

Shoulder – boned and rolled

Diced Pork – from the shoulder

Gigot (leg) – on the bone and cut into managable sizes

Chops (or can be left as loin roast)

Belly Pieces

Mixture of sausages and burgers

Mix of Mince and Diced
