Description

A traditional scottish gammon that has been boned and rolled for your convenience. This has been cured using Scottish pork gigots and all you need to do is boil it and roast it to your preference. A fantastic choice for buffets and very popular at Christmas.

Ingredients: 90% Pork, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Preservatives E250 & E252, Antioxidant E301
