Great for soups
This is a cured pork shank which has been smoked for a great flavour. Using prime Scottish pork and supplied to you fresh. They make an ideal basis for soups – great for a winter warmer.
Ingredients: 90% Pork, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Preservatives E250 & E252, Antioxidant E301
I boiled it in a large saucepan for 2 hrs with salt and black pepper corns Serve with mashed marilyn potatoes carrots and greens.
