Another award winning sausage having won a gold star at the Great Taste Awards. Macbeth’s venison sausage is a tasty, gamier sausage made using wild venison from the Scottish Highlands. It is a lean sausage made using naural skins and is a winner at any meal.
Ingredients: 79% Venison, Rusk (wheat flour, salt), Water, Salt, Wheat Flour, Salt, Spices, Herbs, Garlic Powder, Preservative Sodium Sulphite, Antioxidant E301, Spice Extracts
Used these to make a cassoulet – absolutely delicious and lower fat than using regular or Toulouse sausages. will definitely buy again..and again…and again….

Delicious healthy sausages. I sometimes take the skin off and make sausage rolls with them, trouble is the family can eat the venison sausage rolls faster than I can make them!

Like the excellent Beef Sausages these have a high meat content, and actually taste of venison! Again quite filling, and with red cabbage and wholegrain mustard mash make a feast fit for anyone. Full marks – Huntsham.

So much better than any venison sausage bought from a supermarket. Give them a try, you’ll find there’s no comparison. MacBeth’s sausages are the best I’ve found and are great in winter casseroles.
