Description
A side of lamb is approximately 8kg of Fearn Farm lamb. We will cut and pack it to your specification but usually you will get:
Shoulder – on the bone or can be specified boned and rolled, mince or diced
Gigot (Leg) – whole on the bone
Double loin chops or can be specified boned and rolled
French trim rack or can be specified as cutlets boned and rolled
Flank (flat) or can be specified rolled

We purchased the older lamb in May 2015 ( not hogget) and discovered the depth of flavour & quality of the meat just amazing.
Half of lamb pack seemed to last and we have just finished all cuts, including a whole breast provided which was great roasted.
Will be back in Oct 15 to try the hogget when available to order. Bravo Macbeths.
