I just love lamb shanks.Cook on gas mark 8. Wash the shank Place on roasting tray Put salt,black pepper and garlic salt on the shank. Place the shank in roasting tray in the oven and cook for 30mins. Serve with roast potatoes, green vegetables and gravy. Wonderful
We really enjoyed the lamb shanks. Bung in the slow cooker with some veg and stock and leave it to do its thing, super tasty!!
I cooked the lamb shanks in a slow cooker, in red wine, redcurrant jelly pearl barley and various veg. It was delicious – comfort food at its best. Thankyou.
