Macbeth’s gluten free sausage is one of our newer additions to our sausage range and, as the name suggests, is ideal for those with a gluten intolerance. Made from non gluten containing ingredients, it is packed full of flavour and a popular sausage amongst all our customers.
Ingredients: 80% Pork, Water, Textured Soya Flour, Deffated Soya Grits, Cornflour, Rice Flour, Salt, Flavourings, Stabiliser E451(i), Herbs, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Preservative Sodium Metabisulphite

Looked great, great size, gluten-free.. but we thought that though they were meaty with great texture, they didn’t appear to have any/enough seasoning.
