   Perfect for the wintery nights fast approaching! Stew is always a favourite of ours, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our meats now!

   Succulent and tasty large chunks of beef. We have used for traditional stew and created thai beef dishes with this cut. Excellent, look forward to our next dish 🙂

   My family love this cut which ever way I cook it. Always succulent and so tender
