I love Barnsley chops! I grill them for 40 mins with a tea spoonful of vegetable oil salt, black pepper and garlic salt for 30 mins ( I like them a bit rare) I serve with onion sauce , green vegetables, roast potatoes and mint sauce Absolutely lovely!!
