   delicious and delicate. As well as eating on its own, or with organic eggs, it adds a lovely flavour when wrapped around rolled chicken breasts.

   Really nice, though not that much different to the dry cured back bacon. There are 2 main differences between buying bacon here and from your local supermarket. 1 it tastes better. 2 you don’t get any of that white crap you get from the added water to supermarket bacon

   My wife always insists that I include your Smoked back bacon in my order of Lorne, Sliced Haggis and Black Pudding, as she makes me trim around the “medallions” for her. But I don’t mind because I get the streaky bit that’s left and its delicious. Its hard work lol but someone’s got to do it.

   Don’t buy this bacon.

   It was so good, nothing in the supermarket now compares for me. All other bacon is ruined by comparison. I’m going to have to order more!
