Using free range pork, this is a delicious burger that is loved by kids and adults alike. We use pork shoulder so, like our sausages, this burger is really quite lean as well.

I was worried the apple might make these burgers too sweet but that wasn’t the case. The apple was very subtle and if I didn’t know it was there, I wouldn’t have known! Despite that though, they are very tasty and make a nice change from the usual beef burgers.
