Lime Curd

Description

This is a delicious curd from Welsh Lady Preserves, all butter,  excellent for baking or topping toast.

Ingredients: Sugar, Eggs, Lime Juice 17% from concentrate, Butter 8% (Milk), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Gelling Agent (Fruit Pectin), Lime Oil.
