Buffalo Lorne Sausage

Macbeth’s classic Lorne sausage – a traditional scottish square sausage but made using Buffalo. Essential for cooked breakfasts or in a breakfast roll. The recipe is the same as that of our beef sausage and shaped using a bread loaf pan!! This means it is a larger slice than most that are produced – well you wouldn’t want it any smaller?! It is available as slices or in blocks but please note the blocks of lorne are not sliced unless by request.
