Half Portland Hogget

Portland Hogget – A rare taste of tradition.  This rare breed hogget has a magnificent flavour, not replicated in anything else.  Grass fed and left to live naturally.

A half Portland hogget is approximately 10-11kg. We will cut and pack it to your specification but usually you will get:

Shoulder – on the bone (can be rolled)
Gigot (Leg) – whole on the bone (can be rolled)
Double loin chops (can be boned and rolled as noisettes)
French trim rack (can be made into cutlets or boned and rolled)
Flank (can be minced)
Shanks and bones if any
