Usually cut from the leg, these are very quick and simple to cook; either grill, pan fry or barbeque. They are usually cut and trimmed so that they are very lean
Cut from the loin of the pig, these are ideal for cooking under a grill. The flavour from the bone adds to the taste whilst cooking and by keeping the rind on or cooking it seperately you then get your crackling.
