Really Garlicky Rub

Description

This versatile roasted garlic seasoning gives meat, fish and vegetables a really garlicky boost.  The mix of roasted garlic, horseradish and thyme goes perfectly as a dry marinade with steak and pork or sprinkled over roasted potatoes or stirred through couscous.

Ingredients:
Garlic (52%), coarse sea salt, raw sugar, horseradish, mustard, thyme leaves, black pepper
