Really Garlicky Ciabatta

Description

Our Garlic Ciabatta is enriched with Olive Oil and made with our Pure Scottish Garlic and British Butter and can be oven-baked or grilled. Can be sold and stored chilled or frozen.  Serves as a side or add toppings to the bread to make a bruschetta.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, rye flour, salt, fermented wheatflour, sugar, malted barley, flour treatment agents (asorbic acid, L-cysteine), butter (milk), Scottish garlic puree (5%), olive oil, salt, parsley

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing.
