Parkhill pigs roam in paddocks through the woods surrounding Parkhill House, routing for nuts, seeds and roots. Oxford Sandy & Black are on the Rare Breeds Survival Trust Watchlist with OS&B pigs considered to be “At Risk”

The pork from these pigs is simply delicious and is pork the way it used to be.  Full of flavour and with a good fat cover for that all important crackling.
