At Macbeth’s, we go to great lengths to ensure that you can buy wild venison of the highest quality.  In the main it comes from the Cairngorm and North West Highlands of Scotland and all the estates are specially selected to ensure the expertise of the game keeper guaranteeing the highest possible standard of meat.  From late August to mid October, we supply mostly red deer stags with the hinds available from mid October until mid February.  Being very lean, it is concidered to be a healthy meat and great for those on a low fat diet.
