Macbeth’s sources only the highest quality wild venison that mostly comes from the Cairngorm and North Highlands area. The estates are specially selected to ensure the expertise or the game keeper guarantees the highest possible standard of meat.
From late August to mid October, we supply mostly red deer stags with the hinds available from mid October until mid February.
We also stock a full range of game birds from pheasant and duck to pigeon and quail. Our venison and game is usually available all year round but is supplied frozen when out of season. If there are specialist birds that you would like but do not see listed, then please do get in touch as we probably can source them for you.
