Shoulder - boned and rolled
Diced Pork - from the shoulder
Gigot - on the bone and cut into managable sizes
Double loin chops (can be boned and rolled)
Cutlets (can be left as a rack or boned and rolled)
Belly Pieces (Can be minced or made into sausages)
