At Macbeth's we make traditional white pudding (otherwise known as mealy pudding) to our own recipe using fine oatmeal, suet and onions.  They are quite rich and are a delicious accompaniment to a roast meal, stuffed inside a chicken prior to roasting, added into stews or casseroles or as an alternative to black pudding with breakfastdelicious but not for someone on a diet!!  We sell them in packs of 2 (approx 450g)
