The striploin is the sirloin taken of the bone and trimmed up a wee bit - it is essentially a big joint of sirloin steaks - and we have customers who like to buy this joint so that they can cut their own steaks.  It is also great as a boned roasting joint and of course it has the great flavour and succulence of three week hung grass fed beef.
