Approximately 10kg packed to your specification. As a guidline this is what we would usually do for you.
Shoulder - 4kg Diced
Haunch - 3.5kg on the bone and cut into managable sizes
Loin - 1.0kg boned and cut into steaks or left whole for roasting
Flanks - 2kg sausages and / or burgers
