This is Michaels favourite steak and Jock loves cooking it rare and slicing it thinly before putting it over a salad.  Macbeth's hang the rump for over 3 weeks to ensure that it is succulent and with it being well marbled, it has a fantastic flavour to it.  In our opinion one of the best steaks money can buy.
