They may look small (and indeed they are) but they make a big impact on the table and you will love their delicate flavour.  They weigh about 150 - 200g so you will need two per person for a main meal and one per person for a starter.  They can be roasted in about 10 - 15 minutes so they are extremely quick to cook.
