Unsmoked Gammon on the Bone

Description

A traditional scottish gammon with the bone left in for better presentation and extra flavour. This has been cured using Scottish pork gigots and all you need to do is boil it and roast it to your preference. An unsmoked gammon is fantastic choice for buffets and very popular at Christmas.

Ingredients: 90% Pork, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Preservatives E250 & E252, Antioxidant E301
