We have always stocked a small amount of complimentary products from Moniack Castle and these have always been popular with our customers. In recent years however I have been looking at a number of other additional products to go with the traditional meats that we supply.
Whilst I believe that our beef, pork, lamb, venison and game can and should always be able to stand up well on their own, I also think it is fun to use other products to put something a little different into the food that we buy. We are careful about what we offer and all the products below have been tried and tested; so why not try something different and give your food a bit of a kick?
