At Macbeth's we are very fortunate to be able to buy game meat from neighbouring estates and other high quality game dealers. Most of it comes from Moray, the Cairngorm area and the North West of Scotland. Sometimes we have to go further afield for specialist items but all are of the highest quality from reputable estates.
