Sorry for any inconvenience caused by non-delivery of parcels. All parcels that were to be delivered on tuesday and wednesday will now be delivered on Thursday 9th of December (snow and ice permitting). If you have any concerns please do get it touch with us.
Well here we are again. I am sorry to report that due to heavy snow fall and pretty cold temperatures in the central belt, some of our deliveries may be disrupted. At the moment the distribution lorries are struggling to get up from the borders to Inverness and therefore we are struggling to get stuff South. It is likely that this situation will improve tomorrow and by the end of the week we will have cought up with everything.
When we get any concrete information about where deliveries are disrupted we will contact customers individually and update this page as well.
