Beef Steaks

We specially select the best of the beef off our farm for our well hung beef steaks before cutting them to order and delivering them to your door. The beef is all selected from the traditional native breeds of Highland, Shorthorn and Aberdeen Angus - all grass fed and aged for a minimum of 21 days. We are very proud of the fact that some of our Scottish beef steaks have won prestigious gold stars at the Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards. Our rib eye steak has won a 2 gold star award whilst our sirloin and rump steaks have won a single gold star award.
