We use only the very best Traditional Scottish Beef available from the local area and it is a minimum of 21 day matured to improve succulence and taste.  In the main our beef comes from our own farm, Edinvale where we rear Highland, Shorthorn and Aberdeen Angus cattle.  Buy our Scottish beef online and have it delivered to your door usually within 2 to 3 days of ordering.
