Would you like to understand more about where Macbeth’s beef comes from? Then join Jock and Fiona, owners of Macbeth’s Butchers and Edinvale Farm on a walk of the farm to see first hand how we raise our cattle and the ethos that we operate to. Each farm walk will be roughly an hour and half (depending on how many questions there are!) and will consist of a walk around the farm followed by a wee tasting session.  Each walk will be limited to just 12 people so that there is plenty chance to interact.

This is an opportunity to ask questions on topics such as:

  • 100% Grass and Forage Fed
  • Animal welfare
  • Sustainability
  • Environmental Footprint
  • Biodiversity

Or simply to look at beautiful cows in an amazing setting.

After the walk and talk, we will taste some of the produce from the farm so that you can get an appreciation of what we produce.
